1. Event Schedule- The Lucky Egg event is held during specific time slots each day. Every session runs for 10 minutes only.

2. Participation- Players must log in to winboxvip.vip and click on the Lucky Egg event to join.

3. Rewards- Each Lucky Egg can contain one of the following: no prize, coins, a free bonus, or a mystery box. Coin rewards are automatically credited, while other prizes require contacting customer service with valid player details.

4. Privacy- All personal data collected for the event will be used solely for reward purposes and handled securely in line with our privacy policy.

5. Data Handling- Game results are automatically recorded. In the event of disconnection or system error, backend data will be used to verify outcomes. Please reach out to customer support for dispute resolution.

6. Fair Gameplay- Every event run follows a fair and balanced algorithm, ensuring all players enjoy an equal experience.

7. Final Interpretation- All terms and results are subject to Winbox VIP’s final decision.
